Payment and Dental Insurance
Patients who are covered by dental insurance will be expected to cover estimated co-payments at the time of service. If coverage cannot be verified, you will be responsible for payment in full at time of service. Once coverage is verified and benefit information is obtained, we estimate your co-payment based on that information. Please be aware estimation may differ from what is actually covered. Our office does not have access to all the information regarding your plan. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurer. Please review your plan booklet thoroughly and be aware of maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, exclusions, and limitations. Although we do our best to help with your insurance estimates, you are ultimately responsible for making sure the services you receive are covered. Any balance remaining after insurance has been processed is due upon receipt of your statement. Accounts with a balance over 90 days are subject to further collection procedures.
No Dental Coverage?
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit or debit card. Services can often be scheduled over a period of time allowing the patient to cover smaller amounts at a time. If you have questions or wish to discuss your payment options, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our office also offers no-interest and low-interest payment plans through Care Credit.
